This sample allows you to look up the exact equity
for any position where both sides have 4 checkers or less in the respective home
boards. There are equities for the four cube positions. You can also use the best-move
feature and the closest position. (The closest position is that which provides
the bearest advantage for each side.) This sample does not require any
CD-ROM, but uses a data file that is created during the setup. The sample database
runs on most or all installations of Windows 95/98 and Windows NT. Please read
fully through the remainder of the instructions below before downloading the interface.

First-time installation
Download Setup.EXE to a temporary folder and run SETUP.EXE
Updates
If you have Visual Basic 4.0 or higher on your computer or have downloaded
a previous version of BGInterface, you should first try downloading Setup1.EXE
into a temporary folder and run SETUP1.EXE
